go to the website  https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/indesign/how-to/add-work-with-graphics.html?playlist=/uk/en/ccx/v1/collection/product/indesign/segment/designer/explevel/beginner/applaunch/ccl-get-started-1/collection.ccx.js?ref=helpx.adobe.com   on the top of the page you will find where to get the files and download it (as you can see in the picture above) choose file>place to place the images on the document 

type whatever you want ( i chose my name) and choose an image that has texture such as wood or paper etc. move the image to the back of the text (right click>arrange>send to the back) select both text and image then press command 7 go to effect>distort&transform>roughen (you can also go to stylize and do whatever you want)
