Add interactivity to fixed layout EPUBs

1.  get the file and open it
2. click the sound box
3. window > interactive > animation
4. preset > fly in from left
5. select all the images for the slideshow
6. window > object & layout > align
7. align horizontal centres
8. align verticle centres so all the images sit on top of each other
9. window > interactive > object states
10. click convert selection to multi-state object
11. object name: slideshow
12. window > interactive > buttons and forms
